All custom vehicle builds, restomods, fabrications, and major performance services require an individually executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) detailing specific scopes of work, schedules, budgets, payment milestones, and vehicle intake procedures.

3. Payment Terms & Milestone Schedules

Work performed by 1776 Customs follows structured milestone schedules outlined in individual project agreements:

• Deposits and milestone progress payments must be received on time according to the project timeline to maintain schedule placement and shop throughput.
• Parts procurement, specialized materials, and third-party machining require upfront authorization and payment.
• Final balances must be cleared prior to final vehicle delivery or regional vehicle transport release.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Content

All content published on 1776customs.net—including logos, mechanical designs, CAD renders, digital fabrication files, photography, text, and videos—is the exclusive intellectual property of 1776 Customs and protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Vehicle Transport & Storage

When requesting local or nationwide transport, clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle condition details. While 1776 Customs utilizes insured transport procedures, vehicles stored at our Albuquerque facility following completed project sign-off may incur standard storage fees if pickup or transport is delayed beyond agreed timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

1776 Customs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, merchandise purchases, or unauthorized third-party modifications made to vehicles after final client delivery and acceptance.

7. Governing Law
