Quality Control and Final Validation Coordinator

Perform documented inspections at defined stages of fabrication, assembly, electrical installation, bodywork, paint, service, and final completion.

Verify critical fasteners, torque records, fluid levels, clearances, routing, connections, safety items, and workmanship details.

Coordinate functional testing of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, lighting, instrumentation, audio, and accessory systems.

Conduct or coordinate road tests, leak checks, alignment verification, dyno validation, and other final performance checks.

Inspect paint, panel fitment, interior finish, detailing, and overall presentation against approved standards.

Document deficiencies, assign corrective actions, verify completed corrections, and maintain objective inspection records.

Prepare final quality, delivery, and customer documentation, including photographs and validation records when required.

Track warranty concerns, recurring defects, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Broad knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, fabrication, body, paint, and finish-quality fundamentals.

Experience with vehicle inspection, quality control, diagnostics, final assembly, service, restoration, or a comparable technical role.

Exceptional attention to detail and the independence to identify and document issues objectively.

Ability to read work orders, drawings, specifications, manufacturer instructions, checklists, and technical documentation.

Strong written documentation and professional communication skills.

Comfort using diagnostic equipment, inspection tools, digital records, photographs, and quality-tracking systems.

Valid driver’s license and demonstrated ability to safely evaluate and road-test specialty vehicles.

Relevant ASE, inspection, quality, welding, paint, or manufacturer certifications are beneficial but not required.
