Parts, Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Receive deliveries and verify quantities, part numbers, condition, purchase orders, packing documents, and project assignments.

Photograph, label, tag, protect, store, and distribute parts and customer-owned components accurately.

Update inventory, receiving, backorder, return, warranty, core, and project-tracking records.

Identify shortages, damage, incorrect items, missing documentation, and discrepancies promptly.

Prepare outbound shipments, returns, warranty claims, transfers, and vendor pickups with accurate packaging and paperwork.

Perform inventory counts and maintain organized parts rooms, shelving, staging areas, tool storage, and consumable supplies.

Deliver or retrieve parts locally when authorized and coordinate urgent needs with purchasing and production personnel.

Maintain safe material-handling, lifting, vehicle-protection, housekeeping, and security practices.

Shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, automotive parts, dealership, restoration, or related experience.

Strong attention to part numbers, quantities, descriptions, project assignments, condition, and documentation.

Basic automotive-parts knowledge and willingness to learn custom, restoration, and performance applications.

Comfort using inventory, shipping, shop-management, barcode, spreadsheet, email, and document systems.

Ability to organize parts of varied size, value, and condition while protecting customer-owned and finished components.

Professional communication and teamwork with purchasing, technicians, project managers, vendors, and delivery personnel.

Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, lifting aids, packaging tools, and other assigned equipment.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Organized, clean warehouse environment.

Active role in shop workflow logistics.
