Responsibilities

Fabricate, route, terminate, label, protect, and install vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical subassemblies.

Install lighting, gauges, audio, infotainment, cameras, security, power accessories, switches, relays, modules, and charging components.

Connect and support EFI, engine-management, transmission-control, digital dash, HVAC-control, and diagnostic systems.

Perform continuity, voltage-drop, charging, current-draw, communication, signal, and functional testing.

Diagnose and correct wiring faults, grounding problems, interference, component failures, and integration issues.

Work from schematics, pinouts, harness layouts, product instructions, and engineering documentation.

Maintain clean, secure, concealed, serviceable, and well-protected installations appropriate for high-end custom vehicles.

Document changes, labels, connector information, settings, and final test results.

Requirements
-
Demonstrated automotive 12-volt electrical installation and diagnostic experience.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, pinouts, technical instructions, and connector documentation.

Strong skills in crimping, soldering, harness wrapping, routing, grounding, circuit protection, and connector service.

Experience with multimeters, scan tools, test lights, oscilloscopes, current clamps, or other diagnostic equipment.

Knowledge of audio, infotainment, digital gauges, lighting, EFI, security, cameras, or accessory integration is highly valuable.

Exceptional attention to organization, labeling, appearance, serviceability, and vehicle protection.

Ability to troubleshoot logically and communicate technical findings clearly.

Relevant ASE, MECP, OEM, or electronics credentials are beneficial.
