Job Overview

Leads brand communications, marketing coordination, social media, community involvement, veteran outreach, and promotional activities. Manages website coordination, customer build stories, photo/video production, trade shows, events, and community relations (including Pistons for Patriots).

  • Responsibilities

      • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, content calendar, campaign plan, and approval process.

      • Coordinate website content, social media, email, photography, video, build stories, press materials, advertising, and recruitment marketing.

      • Document projects responsibly while protecting customer privacy, proprietary information, incomplete work, and production schedules.

      • Plan and support trade shows, car shows, facility events, sponsorships, merchandise, partnerships, and community programs.

      • Lead veteran outreach, community relations, media coordination, and Pistons for Patriots promotional support.

      • Monitor audience engagement, inquiries, campaign performance, event results, brand standards, and marketing priorities.

      • Coordinate outside photographers, videographers, designers, printers, media partners, agencies, vendors, and event personnel.

      • Work closely with sales, recruiting, project management, executive leadership, and shop departments to present accurate and compelling stories.

    Requirements

      • Marketing, brand management, social media, communications, public relations, events, community relations, or related experience.

      • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, organization, and visual-content judgment.

      • Experience with social platforms, websites, email marketing, content calendars, CRM tools, analytics, photography, video, or creative vendors.

      • Ability to communicate automotive projects accurately without compromising customer privacy, safety, intellectual property, or production needs.

      • Professional relationship-building skills with customers, employees, veterans, sponsors, vendors, media, and community partners.

      • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, events, campaigns, approvals, and outside providers.

      • Availability for occasional travel, evenings, weekends, automotive events, and community activities.

      • A portfolio of marketing, writing, social, event, photography, video, or brand work may be requested.
